If you're familiar with the teachings of Robert Kiyosaki, an investor and best selling author.
You'll recall that he often emphasizes the fact that "the rich are wealthy because they buy assets, while the poor and middle-class struggle because they buy liabilities".
But how do you differentiate between an asset and a liability? The answer is simple.
An asset puts money in your pocket, while a liability requires you to spend money.
If you've been using your phone for more than a month, you should already know what category it falls into (liability).
Most times, we're often told by songs and movies to "Think outside the box". But how do you do that?
Sure, doing that will open us to a ton of opportunities, but is it easy?
Well, according to motivational speaker and leadership expert, John Maxwell. "The difference between successful and unsuccessful people is a little bit more." A little bit more effort, a little bit more thought, a little bit more enhancement in the modus operandi, etc.
Check out most relay races done by professional runners, and you'll find out that the difference between the first and second place is just a few centimetres. It's small, but what made the difference? 
Just a few more steps.
Making money with your phone:
Back in the days, I often search on Google "how to make money with your phone", and I was amazed by the fact that most of these jobs involved freelancing.
In case you don't already know, freelancing is more like when you put the work alongside other activities such as your academics or even another job.
It's like being a part-time staff of a company, but you get to work in the comfort of your home and still earn the salary of a full-time employee.
Some of the freelance jobs that popped up in my search include:
Affiliate Marketing
Freelance Writing
Freelance photography
Data analyst
Research analyst
Social media analyst
Although every career listed above is highly lucrative, I found freelance writing to be the perfect match for my type of personality.
I'm not someone that enjoys working for a company and being yelled at by a boss or something of the sort.
I like to be free to make my own decisions and work without any form of external pressure.
That's why freelancing appealed to me so much.
Becoming a Data analyst, research analyst, social media analyst and others will require you to work with a company or corporate body.
While freelance writing allows you to take several jobs from diverse clients and still earn almost the same pay, plus, you decide when and where you work.
What Do You Stand To Gain From Freelance writing?
There are a ton of benefits associated with freelancing.
1. You determine your schedule
2. You control the size of your monthly income
3. You are far away from the stress associated with being in a busy office
4. You get to show off your creativity in a style that is unique to you.
The primary benefit of becoming a freelance writer is that you don't have to deal with the toxic stress associated with working in a brick and mortar corporation.
We millennials detest these working environments, that's why the number of vocational careers has increased, such as fashion design, graphics, videography, and photography.
A lot of these careers were considered somewhat "unofficial" back in the days, but now we're starting to take them more professionally.
In a nutshell, freelance writing is the perfect choice for you if you're interested in making money with as little hassle as possible, and also have peace of mind while doing it. 
*Note: From now henceforth, I will refer to "freelance writing" as "freelancing", and "freelance writer" as "freelancer".
How Much Does A Freelancer Earn?:
I was able to confirm the annual and monthly income of most writers in my circles, and a number of them earn approximately N4 million annually. Which is about N340,000 monthly.
As for me, the least I make is N100, 000 per month, and that's if I'm lazy.
Keep in mind that your earnings will most likely depend on your client or the number of jobs you do per month.
Remember, you control the size of your income; it is not fixed like a salary.
So, you're probably wondering how you can make up to that amount in a month/year?
The truth is, no one has the correct answer. However, I have assumptions and ideas based on my previous years of consistent work and exposure to a range of clients.
But that's something I'll talk about later in this book.
Now for the main event.
How To Write An Article Of 1000 Words In An Hour:
Method 1:
If you remember, at the beginning of this ebook, I promised to teach you a few essential things, and that includes how to write 1000 words in an hour quickly. 
Well, the easiest way to do this is to try spinning an article with a "Word Spinner".
In case you're not familiar with these terms, a word spinner is an online tool used to rewrite an already existing article. While spinning is the act of using a word spinner.
After an article has been spun, the format remains the same, but the wordings change to pass plagiarism detectors.
To be honest, I wouldn't recommend spinning an article to anyone who's just starting. 
It's unprofessional, and not the best way to draft quality content.
However, it is the best option for writing an article in one hour, especially if you need to complete it urgently.
Method 2:
Another way to quickly create an article is by using "Google translate".
Let's assume you're to write on "8 benefits of Facebook advertising".
All you have to do is open your browser, navigate to your 'search bar', and search for 'google translate'. Open it and set your search language to "English".
Then input your search word "8 benefits of Facebook advertising". It'll automatically translate it to your 'result language'.
Now, copy the translated result and open a new tab on your browser, input the result you copied previously and search for it
Assuming you translate the topic "8 benefits of Facebook advertising" to French while searching for the contents online now, you'll see articles written in french.
Select any of the articles and copy-paste to Google translate, and convert it to English.
Done.
Keep in mind that the article will have a few errors in it since each language has their grammatical structure.
So you'll need to proofread before submitting.

Q: Aren't freelance platforms like Upwork, Freelancer and Fiverr the best sources of income for freelancers?
A: It's somewhat true that Upwork, Fiverr and freelancer offers the best services to freelancers. However, these sites have a lot of restriction and are often inaccessible to Nigerians except we use our initiative to make them to our advantage.
Q: Is it true that spun contents don't pass Copyscape plagiarism?
A: Most plagiarism checkers go deeper in checking the percentage similarities of your contents. However, articles spun with "Article rewriter tools" will pass Copyscape.
Q: Do you need a special app/plug-in to spin an article?
A: There are several spinning websites out there, such as "Article rewriter tools", Spinbot.com, articlespinner.com and more. Just Google it.

A: yes, they're currently considered the best by most writers and clients.
Q: Is there a way to make your client think that an article isn't spined even when it is?
A: Yes. By proofreading your articles over and over again, edit it till you understand every single line.
Q: Do you know that most clients frown at spined articles?
A: Why will you let them know that you're spinning the content in the first place? Your job is to produce an article on a given topic, nothing more.

Chapter Two:
The Importance Of Checking For Plagiarism:
I'm sure you already know what plagiarism means by now. It's a common word amongst content creators, and it basically means "A copycat" or "Thief".
To put it in a more formal definition, plagiarism is the practice of taking someone else's work or ideas and passing them off as one's own without giving the creator/owner credit.
Plagiarism is a severe offence in the entertainment industry, where an actor or studio could face lawsuits for using another studio's intellectual property without permission.
However, in the world of content writing, you won't face a lawsuit (except if copyright protected). Instead, you'll be labelled as a "lazy writer".
The problem with becoming a lazy writer is that neither your client nor another employer who knows about the quality of your work will ever give you another project to work on. 
This problem will rob you of the fortune you are supposed to enjoy from freelancing - primarily if it was written as a review on your freelance account on Fiver, Upwork, etc.
No freelancer hopes for such a tragedy to happen. That's why checking for plagiarism is essential.
If clients didn't care about plagiarism, why would they bother hiring you?
They could just copy-paste a bunch of paragraphs from articles related to the desired topic and upload it to their website without paying a dime.
What they want is uniqueness, and that is what you should be ready to offer.
How To Check Your Article For Plagiarism And Grammar Errors Before Submission:
Now that you've learnt what plagiarism is and why you should avoid it, let's talk about HOW to prevent it along with grammatical errors.
The process is simple and won't take more than 10 minutes - depending on the length of your article.
Plagiarism Checker:
Step 1:
After drafting your articles, make sure you proofread twice or thrice to ensure that you've eliminated every error your limited human mind can detect.
Step 2:
Now copy your articles to your clipboard, open your browser, and visit https://smalllseotools.com.
Upon visiting the website, navigate to "Check Plagiarism", paste your content there, scroll down and click on the blue button/icon written, "Check Plagiarism".
Step 3:
After you have copied your article into the plagiarism checker, it will display each plagiarized sentence with an option to edit it in your own words.
Edit till the article is 100% unique, done! 
It's this simple to check if your article is unique or plagiarized.
*Note: it doesn't matter how hard you try to edit your work without a plagiarism checker. A sentence or two from your article probably already exists online, and you wouldn't know unless you use a plagiarism checker.
Grammar Checker:
Another tool you should have in your freelance arsenal is a "Grammar Checker".
In my early days of writing, I used to boast at the fact that I had a firm grasp of the rules of grammar until one of my clients rejected my article three times due to syntax errors and poor structure.
Eventually, he introduced me to "Grammarly", the world's leading grammar checker, which proved to me that English is not my mother's tongue.
That being said, let me show you how to use Grammarly to detect grammatical errors in your article.
Using Grammarly To Check For Errors:
The primary goal of Grammarly is to make your writing look "professional" or at least, "not to sound like a fool".
Method 1:
For mobile users, You have to install the Grammarly app from Playstore. Create an account or sign in to the app and start using it.
Note: this app is a keyboard, and if you're not careful, It'll make you look like a fool.
Method 2:
To avoid looking like a fool, always make use of your regular virtual keyboard when typing.  Afterwards, copy and paste your content on "Smallseotools", change to the Grammarly keyboard and allow it to spot out the errors with ease.
Method 3:
Go to the official Grammarly website on your Smartphone using the latest version of Google Chrome.
Roll out the browser's menu bar at the top right corner of the screen, select "Desktop site", and log in to your Grammarly account.
The page will reveal the pc version of the Grammarly website where you can freely upload your documents and edit them without restriction.
Note: You will be required to pay a subscription fee to access the "plagiarism checker" and "alternative word provider" features.
I recommend you use " Method 2" because it's cheaper and less complicated.

Q: What do you need to do to make your client trust you with more projects?
A: Aside from delivering unique contents, an excellent way to build trust with clients is to make them feel comfortable around you.
In order words, don't keep things strictly about business, get to know the client better as a human being rather than a source of income.
Q: If your article is free of plagiarism, does it mean that the content is original?
A: There's nothing more original than a content free from plagiarism checkers.
Even if you've copied the whole thing from a thousand web addresses, as long as you've written them in your own words, they become original and free from the devil we call "PLAGIARISM".
Chapter Three:
How To Maintain A Constant Writing Flow In Your Article:
Maintaining a flow in your article is very important, even more, important than eliminating plagiarism.
If you fail to maintain the flow in your article, you will most likely get your readers bored, and they will walk away without finishing the second or third paragraph of your article
Good writing reads well or has flow. This concept is when the ideas that are being presented move smoothly from one sentence to the other and make sense to the reader.
If you aren’t sure that your writing flows well, one test is to read it aloud.
Does it sound, OK? Does it make sense? Does one idea connect well to the next? Etc.
To maintain a constant flow in your article, you should use linking and transitional words/phrases to connect your facts. 
The Purpose Of Linking and transitional Words/phrases:
The goal of using Linking and transitional words/phrases in your writing is to:
Connect words, sentences and paragraphs. 
Show the relationship between ideas.
Indicate the order of things and their relative importance.
Indicate when something new is coming.
It signals to readers how an idea fits in and where it's going.
It introduces a summary or a conclusion.
However, if you're new in this field, I'll advise you to use this strategy below:
Make research, chose two or more quality content online - let's assume you're writing on "8 Benefits of Using Facebook Advertisement".
When your search results display on your screen, scroll down to the last or second to the previous article, copy the introduction, rewrite in your own words, then discard that site.
Open another site, take 3 or 4 benefits, rewrite them in your own words and observe the structure of these articles
Take note of the structure (because it matters) and follower the pattern/style as you rewrite from the site.
As for advanced writers, after having researched your topic in preparation for writing an article, you will probably have accumulated a wide range of facts, published research, and other information relevant to the problem.
Many people simply throw these facts together in body paragraphs, without adequately applying them to the topic or signalling the connection between them to the reader.
How To Make Money With Freelance Writing:
I often get questions like" where can we make money?“ or "where can we get jobs?" from beginner freelancers.
The truth is, this question is the simplest of all and shouldn't even be something worth spending time on.
Nevertheless, I've decided to shed some light on the topic before I round off this final chapter.
Nigerian Websites For Freelance jobs:
In Nigeria, there are several online forums from which you can get writing gigs. However, I won't be giving you all the options, just one that's the most effective and useful.
The surest place to get writing gigs here in Nigeria is "Nairaland.com". Over 98% of all projects given to Nigerian freelancers (including me) by Nigerian clients are either from "Nairaland.com" or referrals.
Now, you're probably wondering, "How possible is it to key into the fortunes of freelance writing with jobs from Nairaland.com".
Well, jobs on Nairaland have a price range of N1 -2N per word. I usually just go straight and send my proposal and pay rate to the employer/client.
The employer's pay rate means nothing to me. After I've sent my proposal and pay rate to the client, roughly 40% will abandon their previously proposed pay and agree with mine.
How do you locate writing gigs in Nairaland.com? Simple, just visit "Nairaland.com", in the search box type "writers Needed".
A list of posts made with the search term involved will surface. These usually feature writing gigs and other information about writers.
How To Earn In Dollars With Freelance Writing:
If you wish to take your skills to a more lucrative audience, then I recommend you try out big freelance platforms like "UPWORK.COM", "FIVERR.COM", and "FREELANCER.COM".
Simply visit the website, sign up, create an account with the platform, then follow the site's instructions on how to get freelance jobs.
But, the truth is, it'll be tough for you to earn your first gig. It took me approximately three months to land my first gig using the same strategies that I use on Nairaland.com.
You'll just have to be smart and persistent to succeed against the massive competition on these international freelance platforms.
How To Create a Doc File With Your Smartphone:
I often come across several writers who don't know that it's possible to create a docs file with their Smartphone on the go.
To create a docs file with your Smartphone, just go to play store, search for "MS Word" or "WPS Office" and download either of them.
These are the two best word processors for mobile, and both work like the typical Microsoft Word available on your personal computer.

Q: I always have neck problems while writing, any cure for that?
A: You can simply fix this by changing positions or taking a break.
Q: My biggest problem when I started was maintaining a constant flow. I found it hard to transition to another sentence without breaking the reader's concentration.
How would you fix this?
A: you're probably writing on an unfamiliar topic/niche, or you need to learn how to use transition words like moreover, nevertheless, however, in addition, also, etc.
Q: What are some examples of linking and transition words/phrases?:
A: Example of linking words: In lieu of the above, However,  As a result, Therefore,  Because of, Due to, Furthermore, In addition, Moreover, etc.
Q: How would you recommend I charge my clients?
A: Well, I don't charge my clients based on market price, but I charge them based on the service I'm offering. If you believe what you're offering is an article that's 100% high-quality, then you should bill them that way.
However, I recommend you also take a look at what other writers are charging so you won't sell yourself short.
Q: How do you receive payments from clients overseas without using western union?
A: There are several platforms to try, such as WebMoney and Payoneer.
Q: How to compose a proposal:
A: Search "freelance writer proposal sample" on Google. Choose one and customize it to your liking.
